Now I will have the time to update my blog. Haha I’m supposed to do my job applications for next year, but for the past few days, I’ve been partying and watching TV series. I’m now watching this series called “Absolute Boyfriend” @ Zettai Kareshi. I think it’s good. Can’t watch it on crunchyroll though, so I have to rely on tudou (subs in Chinese tehehehe…)
Well anyway, the show is about this typical girl-next-door who can make really yummy cream puffs. It looks really delicious in the frames, so I decided to make my own cream puffs! My first attempt yesterday was a failure… well that’s because I misread 1 very important ingredient so it turned out to be flat. Like pancakes. In fact, 1 of them looks like Kogepan:

Aih so unsatisfied k! waste my money. So today I made another batch. And it turned out to be great! I made some buns too big though. Like giant cream puff.

In the oven, baking. Now it looks like shit. haha

AND AND… it didn’t deflate! Haha

Hehe… so satisfied. But I think I need to improve on the filling. Maybe add pandan leaves somehow in the future.
